危險廢物暫存間必須采用全密閉式建設(shè)，確保與外界環(huán)境有效隔離。在暫存間門內(nèi)設(shè)置圍堰，以防止危險廢物泄漏外流。地面需進行硬化處理，并嚴格落實 “三防” 措施，即防分散、防損失、防泄漏。若儲存液體類危險廢物，必須配備泄漏液體收集裝置，如托盤、導(dǎo)流溝、收集池等，以便及時收集泄漏液體，避免環(huán)境污染。對于儲存揮發(fā)性氣體的倉庫，還必須設(shè)有專門的出口以及氣體凈化裝置，保證揮發(fā)性氣體得到妥善處理后再排放。

不同類型的危險廢物之間應(yīng)有明顯的過道劃分，便于區(qū)分和管理。在暫存間墻上應(yīng)張貼各類危險廢物的名稱標(biāo)識。對于液體危險廢物，需將其組裝容器放置在防泄漏托盤中，并在容器表面張貼危險廢物標(biāo)簽。固體危險廢物的包裝必須保持完好無損，同時懸掛危險廢物標(biāo)簽，并按照安全要求填寫相關(guān)信息，確保危險廢物的存儲規(guī)范、有序。

There should be clear aisle divisions between different types of hazardous waste for easy differentiation and management. The names and labels of various hazardous wastes should be posted on the walls of the temporary storage room. A detailed hazardous waste management ledger needs to be established and hung in a prominent location in the hazardous waste temporary storage room. A platform scale should be equipped in the temporary storage room for hazardous waste to accurately measure it. In the ledger, key information such as the type, quantity, entry and exit time, and name of hazardous waste should be truthfully filled in to achieve full traceability management of hazardous waste.

六、制度與預(yù)案張貼

危險廢物暫存間內(nèi)必須張貼危險廢物處理制度、危險廢物生產(chǎn)過程說明、危險廢物責(zé)任制、危險廢物安全責(zé)任結(jié)構(gòu)圖以及危險廢物環(huán)境污染應(yīng)急預(yù)案等文件，使相關(guān)人員能夠清晰了解危險廢物管理的各項規(guī)定和應(yīng)急處理流程。

The hazardous waste temporary storage room must post documents such as the hazardous waste treatment system, hazardous waste production process instructions, hazardous waste responsibility system, hazardous waste safety responsibility structure diagram, and hazardous waste environmental pollution emergency plan, so that relevant personnel can clearly understand the various regulations and emergency response procedures of hazardous waste management.

七、存儲物品限制

除危險廢物和應(yīng)急物品外，嚴禁在危險廢物儲存室內(nèi)存放其他任何物品，確保暫存間空間僅用于危險廢物的規(guī)范存儲和應(yīng)急物資儲備，避免因其他物品的混入而引發(fā)安全隱患或環(huán)境污染風(fēng)險。

Except for hazardous waste and emergency supplies, it is strictly prohibited to store any other items in the hazardous waste storage room.
