The zeolite wheel consists of three zones: adsorption, desorption, and cooling. The surface is coated with hydrophobic zeolite adsorbent, which has strong adsorption capacity for VOCs. When the exhaust gas passes through the adsorption zone, VOCs are adsorbed and the purified gas is directly discharged. The wheel rotates, and the saturated adsorption part enters the desorption zone. Under the action of high-temperature airflow, VOCs desorb, achieving adsorbent regeneration. After detachment, the impeller cools down in the cooling zone, restores its adsorption state, and continues to work.

RTO 由燃燒室、蓄熱體和切換閥組成。沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪脫附的高濃度 VOCs 廢氣進入 RTO 燃燒室,在 800 - 950℃高溫下與氧氣反應,分解為二氧化碳和水。燃燒后的高溫氣體通過蓄熱體傳遞熱量,切換閥切換后,新廢氣經(jīng)蓄熱體預熱,實現(xiàn)熱量回收。
RTO consists of a combustion chamber, a heat storage body, and a switching valve. The high concentration VOCs exhaust gas desorbed from the zeolite wheel enters the RTO combustion chamber and reacts with oxygen at high temperatures of 800-950 ℃, decomposing into carbon dioxide and water. The high-temperature gas after combustion transfers heat through the heat storage body, and after the switching valve is switched, the new exhaust gas is preheated by the heat storage body to achieve heat recovery.
